How did you make this?! Have you got a recipe to follow. I commented in your earlier ginger beer post. I made ginger beer with my gran when i was younger and id love to do it again! - tim@s8080.com
No problem, I'll post up the recipe later, as I can't remember where I found it - really simple though.
i found one on the bbc site, its for an alocohlic version! my plant is two days in the making, smells awesome!
